The client was an Aged Care not-for-profit community organisation promoting opportunities and services to support good lives for older people.
Performed the community and stakeholder consultation to design and obtain stakeholder endorsement of Business Plan Aged Care provider to expand into community-based services. This plan addressed inclusion and diversity and established an enhanced governance model.
The plan was adopted and implemented with Aged Care provider now offering a range of community-based services.
